Marriott transferred to us from Cobb Co AS for a better chance at adoption. She came to that facility after being found at a hotel, hence her name. When Marriott first arrived, she had a painful mouth. After a good dental cleaning and a couple of extractions. she was feeling much better. We do recommend for Marriott to have dental exams every 6-12 months to monitor her need for future dental work. After all she's been through, Marriott can't wait to have a safe place to lay her head. She is an easygoing gal who just wants to curl up next to her person or stare out the window on a sunny day and birdwatch.
Marriott is FIV+, but don’t let that scare you! FIV+ cats can live long and healthy lives. They can also live safely with FIV negative cats. FIV is spread through severe bite wounds, so it is important that your kitties get along. To learn more about FIV, please read the articles under the Advice tab.
