Mandy transferred to us from Cobb County Animal Control via an advocate of that shelter. She is an adorable girl that needs an adopter that will stay on top of her medical needs. She is a manx, and ss is the risk with some manx kitties, Mandy had a prolapsed rectum. Luckily, a surgeon was able to fix her up so it is unlikely this will happen again in the future. Since surgery, she is urinating and defecating with no issue. She has been on a low dose of a stool softener to make sure she does not get constipated, but we are working on weaning her off of that medication. What's going to be most important for her forever family, is to keep an eye on her ins and outs. If she's not had a bowel movement in a day or two, then they'd want to seek medical attention (which is actually true for any cat). Other than that, Mandy is a normal kitten who loves to play and is very affectionate. She is looking for a family that she can cuddle with and will love and spoil her. We think this sweetheart deserves the best home ever!
