What a sweetheart this little girl is! Mae loves meeting new people and when you approach her, she will let out this tiny, squeaky meow! It is so adorable!
Mae and her siblings lost their home when their dad unexpectedly passed away. Family and friends took care of them until space was available at Good Mews. Her siblings have found wonderful homes and now Mae is hoping she will have the same luck. She gets along great with other cats, so she will do fine in a multi-cat home. She would also do fine as a single cat, as long as her person promises to give her tons of love and attention. But with this sweet girl, there is no way you wouldn’t!
Mae may be a little shy when she first goes home, but she should warm up quickly. She’s not a huge fan of being held, but she loves pets and will squeak with happiness when you love on her. She will make a really nice friend because she just wants someone to love her. She will reward them with lots of love in return.
Mae is FIV+, but don’t let that scare you! FIV+ cats can live long and healthy lives. They can also live safely with FIV negative cats. FIV is spread through severe bite wounds, so it is important that your kitties get along. To learn more about FIV, please read the articles under the Advice tab.
