Francis was living outside in Athens when a student found him. He was very sweet, but she couldn’t keep him, so a volunteer fostered him until space was available at Good Mews. He was a very sick kitten, as he had toxoplasmosis and respiratory infections. He healed and grew into a big, strong boy. His lungs did have some lasting changes on the radiographs because he was so sick. He is fine right now but will need a vet to recheck radiographs in June or July.
While in foster, Francis met another foster kitten named Dasha and they quickly became the best of friends. They were constantly playing and wrestling and when they settled down, they would curl up together for a nap.
Francis is a social boy that loves meeting new people. He gets along with other cats and he really loves watching the wildlife outside the windows. He is super sweet and will make a great addition to most families.
Because he and Dasha are such good friends, they are required to be adopted together.
