Cassius is one little heart-breaker! One look at his face, and your heart just melts. He always has a sad expression on his face and that head tilt? So adorable! But don’t worry; Cassius isn’t sad. He is one happy boy that loves everyone he meets. And the feeling is always mutual as everyone that meets him, thinks he’s the sweetest boy alive.
Cassius was a homeless kitty in North Carolina and one day someone found him, and they could tell he was injured so they took him to a shelter. During his examination, it was discovered he had a pelvic injury. They believe he was hit by a car. He went to a foster home to heal and once he was feeling better, he was transferred to Good Mews. As soon as he arrived, everyone spoiled this sweetheart rotten. We got him feeling better with lots of love and attention.
Cassius is a shelter favorite, and everyone loves spending time with him. He will gladly crawl into any empty lap for some loving. He is super social, and he gets along with humans of all ages and other cats. He especially loves it when kids come to read to him. Whoever adopts this cutie is in for a real treat. He is going to be a wonderful companion and will make his new family very happy.
Because of the way Cassius’ pelvis healed after his injury, his pelvic canal is very narrow. Because of this, he needs to eat soft (canned) food only and will need to stay on some meds to avoid constipation.
