Totie girls are very special kitties and anyone that has the pleasure of being owned by one, can vouch as to how special these kitties are. Some are super outgoing and full of “tude” while some are just laid back and quiet, but regardless of their personality, there is still something extra special about them.
Arianna and her sister Elphaba were adopted when they were kittens and lived with their loving human father for over 10 years. They had a wonderful life and were pampered girls. Sadly, their dad had to move to an assisted living due to heart issues and he reached out to Good Mews for help. Since his girls were older, and a bit shy, he felt we would be able to find the perfect match for them. He was heartbroken to leave them, and they were equally heartbroken to lose him. We saw the sadness in them, so our plan was to spend as much time with them as we could to help them heal. We are hoping someone will give these girls a chance and want to provide them a loving home soon.
The girls were very shy when they first came to Good Mews; they were often seen high on cat trees or cuddled together in a cubby hole. But now that they’ve been with us for a while, their sweet, friendly personalities are emerging! Arianna is out and about, and she loves sitting in the windows, watching the wildlife run around. She loves to be petted and will purr up a storm when you stroke her beautiful fur. One of her favorite things in the world is lunchtime! She knows when lunch is about to be served and you can hear her throughout the shelter, meowing for her wet food! So whoever adopts her, needs to be on their toes when lunchtime arrives.
Arianna is a great girl and will make a wonderful companion. You won’t be sorry you adopted her!
Arianna and Elphaba are not required to be adopted together, but if you are looking for a pair of siblings, consider them!
