Poor Sabrina found herself in a scary situation, something no kitty should have to go through. Sabrina is still a young girl, and she found herself living all alone in some bushes behind an empty house, trying to survive and take care of herself. We don’t know if the house she was living behind was her previous home, or she just found her way there. But regardless, she was all alone, scared and lonely. Thank goodness someone was moving into the home and saw her. He started to feed her, and then when he noticed she had a severe wound on her side, he knew he had to find help for her. We were contacted and we went right over and rescued little Sabrina. She was very happy to have her wound treated, and be safely indoors where nothing could hurt her again.
Sabrina is a little nervous around new people and places because she wants to make sure she can trust you first. Once she does, she is a very sweet girl. She would love to have a home to call her own. Once she feels safe, she will be a lovely companion. Are you the one to give Sabrina the loving home she longs for?
Sabrina is in our HALO program because she has seizures and takes medication daily to keep them under control. To learn more about our HALO program, or to contact our shelter manager for more information about Sabrina, please click on the HALO tab.
Sabrina is in our Kitty Keeper program and sends out quarterly updates on how things are going at the shelter. To read more about our Kitty Keeper program, click on our donate tab.
